Isn't this a violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (Sec. 201(a) ) Probably not, because "First Daughters" aren't a protected class. I'll defend the Freeman's right of association, while also noting that they are total jackasses.

I suppose you could be right, however the comment that they are busy for the next four years constitutes discrimination based on political affiliation. Plain and simple.

Sure they are ... on religious grounds (i.e., "Evangelical Christian). But ...then ... the twins are not, exactly, "in good standing" with that religious expression ... so ... oh well. I wouldn't want to eat there, anyway, but I do wonder what would happen if i were to show up dressed in clerics and, after being seated (assuming I was seated) I did or said something to indicate that I had voted for Bush. (hehe)
