Nothing like coming back to the Midwest hunting lodge after a day in the field to have some boar pâté and stuffed prunes. Yummy and very Midwestern. (Have these people ever been west of the Hudson?)

Where's the venison, Elk, Moose, Wild Turkey, Trout, perch, and Salmon?

Trout was the entree after the appetizer part of the review, but I just wanted to ridicule New Yorkers with their "Midwestern" boar pâté and stuffed prunes. They didn't have the fresh Dodge killed deer on the menu like any real Midwestern restaurant would have :-).
