I won't make any apologies, though, for doing all I could to try and defeat Obama...especially to those of you who did every thing you could to pull down the Republican nominee for the duration.

No one did more to pull down Alan Keyes than Alan Keyes.

The campaign needed intervention. His supporters who didn't want to see it were enablers. Some still are.

Maybe someone could actually produce a list of his great wonders? Mostly I hear--"He's so smart! Big Brain!"-- without too much to go on in the resume department. I'm supposed to be impressed by his writing because of his big brain, but I've read some pretty stupid stuff he's written. Go back and google him up when Clinton was bombing Kosovo. "Kristol Krauthammer Balkans Neoconservative"--some really eye-opening stuff.

Family and friendship got him his connections in publishing...boy, I know how that works. It has led to an utter constipation, snooty pretentiousness, and tedious insularity in conservative discourse in the journals. Luckily, there is the internet .

In an email conversation with Podhoretz some years back, I expressed some boredom with CK and was jumped on. He's in a wheelchair! How can you be so cruel! This was when CK and all the rest of Mummy's Little Neos were McVain jocksniffers, and I heartily detest McVain.

Thank God for President Bush's win. Voices seeking to remove Senator Specter from the head of this committee are welcome indeed. Your assistance is wanted and needed and so is Dr. Dodson's.
