If I was an "untrustworthy liar," as you say, my part of the deal would be held by the escrow and then you could laugh all the way to the bank!

We do not need a Nevada-based escrow, nor do we need one of your friends, or yourself, to act as sole judge of your mendacity and low-life slithering.
