Nope! Adware, Spyware, Spoofs and Phishing should be crimes. Making the innocent to respond to the immoral is counter to the public interest. Punish the guilty, not the innocent.

Adware, Spyware, Spoofs and Phishing should be crimes. Mostly agreed. (Phising is outright fraud and should already be illegal, but defining "adware" and "spyware" could get tricky). But as we know with gun control, making something illegal doesn't eliminate it.
