You are right. The article came from an email I received. Some of the links were removed. Here is the closest thing I could find to the original:

Thank you. Information from pgboycott.com is very suspect. I went to some of the links in your list. None lived up to the hype.

Most major corporations have diversity policies. P&G does, too.

Again, things you get in email are not always accurate. Here, the claims are exaggerated. That's typical. While P&G does, apparently, not discriminate against homosexuals, neither do most US corporations.
