Nobody at these corporations is forcing the gay agenda on anyone. You don't like your employer's policies? Feel free to quit.

Are you consistent with that? I can just imagine a Christian employer bringing in an ex-homosexual at a mandatory diversity session to talk with employees, including 1-2% of homosexual employees, to let them know that homosexuals don't have to define themselves according to one paradigm. That this lifestyle can be left. And, you would say to homosexuals forced to attend one of these sessions, according to your logic, that "nobody at this corporation is forcing the Christian agenda on anyone. You don't like your employer's policies? Feel free to quit."

If you can say that in this scenario, then at least you are consistent in your worldview.
