I have to agree with BibChr. People often pronounce those who die that they have been made "whole". This was an interesting phenomenon with my mother when she died. Even though she was an exceptionally "difficult" person who no one could find anything nice to say and an avid non-believer, the response was "she's in a better place".
Not only did Reeves appear to have no belief in God, but his efforts to promote embryonic stem cell research was only because he thought it would help him. Sadly, if we are going to be true to the scriptures, you cannot get to Heaven without faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. About the only thing we can say is that judgment is in God's hands and he is before the throne. Just as we all will be someday.
