Obama is undoubtedly extremely liberal, and therefore bad for IL. However, there is no argument, none, zero, zilch that Obama is even remotely unqualified due to his residency. Ronald Reagan was born in IL, yet became the governor of California, but unlike Hilary, Reagan was actually a resident of California, and Obama is likewise genuinely a longstanding resident of IL.
You don't have to support Obama to be intellectually honest and admit that if Keyes has met the residency requirements, that Obama has met them a hundred times over.
Keyes has satisfied the legal residency requirements required in Illinois. If Obama lived in Chicago 100 years he would never be able to represent me.
