Two individuals decided to take it upon themselves to destroy the thread, and carry out a vendetta; make no mistake, this was not about the graphic, as you can see, it's clearly displayed on the thread even now.
They worked to get this thread moved to the backroom to satisfy their egos, and acted in a crass, classless manner, while bitching about the lack of class of a graphic that was posted many, many times in FR on many threads in the aftermath of the attacks on 9/11, and generally praised as patriotic and motivating.
Let me make something perfectly clear I DON'T CARE WHO POSTED THE GRAPHIC, IF IT WERE NY BEST FRIEND, THE POPE, THE LOVE OF MY MY LIFE OR A PERFECT STRANGER, I would have objected to the graphic. And if the response to the criticism was greeted by a threat to out me by using my real name, which was your response in this case Luis, I would have refused to back down which was MY response in this case. Furthermore, you added fuel to the fire with your baiting and inflammatory remarks, both directly to the posters on my side, and to posters on your side, behind our backs.
If you were really serious about raising funds for Mr. Pasquales, you would have been wiser to exclude the graphic, which you knew many would find offensive. Your response would have been doubled or tripled. You have only yourself and your poor lack of judgement to blame.
I have never been vindictive to anyone in my life. If anyone would cause such damage to me, my life or the lives of my loved ones, even then I probably would not have a vandetta against them. In any case, there are far, far better ways to even such a score.
Modshopping? My complaints were made directly to you. I said not a word to the mods about your graphic. Your post was moved to the Smokey Backroom when vigilante in a very silly post, accused tallhappy of being in love with you (probably because he read the post where you accuse tallhappy of being a woman.) That then generated a discussion about sexual orientation necessitating that your thread be moved to the Smokey Backroom. I had no part in THAT discussion. Furthermore, you posted your thread when you knew a mod who wouldn't pull it was on duty. It was you who engaged in the mod shopping.
Because you aren't stupid enough to so miscalculate the response you were going to receive to your graphic, I believe you posted it deliberately to entrap those who would publicly disagree, tarnish them, cry the victim and silence their disagreement on this issue for the forseeable future. I have seen you in action. Such a motive is not beyond you. In fact, that's exactly what you did.
