A 24-foot-long ''Go Bush" banner hanging on a pizza shop across from the FleetCenter has drawn plenty of attention amid preparations for the Democratic National Convention this week. But yesterday, a city inspector stopped by and slapped Halftime Pizza with a citation for hanging an unlicensed banner.

It's been Luis Gonzalez since the day I signed on, and you know it, just like I know what your other FReeper name used to be.
You know it, and I know it, now, go grab a smoke and leave me alone.
ROTFLMAO!!!!
That's right, our soldiers never swear, they say "excuse me" before they shoot someone, and most of all they've never shot a bird at the enemy.
Pathetic.
I think I am going to order up a $20 pizza, and instruct them to feed it to the homeless. I guess I'll have to wait until after the convention to do it however.
I'm free to post the graphic, the Mods are free to pull it, suspend me or even ban me from the forum as a result of my actions.
They did none of the above. While I realize that this is a private site, I still maintain the freedom to post something which may get pulled, or may get me thrown out.
It didn't get pulled, and I did not get censored. The only ones whining in here are those who are STILL complaining.
Hint: if it offends them, they can avoid the thread.
The problem with this forum is that over the years it has degenerated into one big Chat room. These hausfraus are more concerned about Uncle Sam's graphic, than the actual issue at hand; they would lose a war while arguing over whether helmets or berets go better with combat uniforms.
I particularly love the one crying that we should "stand up" to people who post such graphics, but has yet to make one single comment on the serious topic at hand.
I was on the streets in South Florida during the recount wars, and I can tell you that I saw more than one FReeper flip a bird at the lefties across the barricades.
I am proud to be considered their friend.
Are you claiming to be a soldier?
Are you claiming that they never do?
I did?
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Show me where I did.
And coincidentally, thanks for bumping the thread yet again.
How so pray tell?
Thanks for the bump.

THANKS!!!!
That is so nice of you to do that! Thank you!
Honey, bring me some popcorn.
I believe it to be the city official's sworn duty to protect this man's free speech rights, and his property from vandals.
I think I'll remind the Mayor of that.
(shhhhh...tallhappy(?) has been doing a fine job of keeping the thread alive)
