They released this picture on a jihaad site. I cant speak to why they would do that or even if it is legit. Just that "it is". Cant discount it, cant affirm it. Can only wait and see.

Very true. Similar events are supposed to take place across a spectrum of US cities (mostly east coast)- Houston-LA- Las Vegas- Seattle....etc. And Cuba has a role in attempting to hit us with bio from the water.
