Breach of perimeter this past weekend by a man carrying a bag who climbed fence and makes it to taxiway per KABC7.
This guy was mentally deranged wanting to go to Paris but if a real bomber wants to climb the fence it would be entirely possible. (OR, anyone can climb and enter to do whatever he wants to the planes on the ground I would think)
Mayor has recommended a perimeter fence with closed circuit TV but only 3 miles has been finished so far. Only 4 miles by November which is 50%!!
