clear choice to vote on the issue directly, over 60% CALIFORNIANS (nearly 40% of them hispanics) voted to cut their benefits - in essence, they voted against illegal immigration.
A federal judge threw their votes out.Nothing you or Luis says can hide that fact.

It was a travesty, Grey Davis had the duty to defend the people's will and did nothing. I don't see Arnold jumping up and down to challenge this decision.
