Well, I have my own sources in the department, and they're telling me a slightly different story--that they made some bad arrests, that the DHS had to pay out some quick hush money to settle the lawsuits from those arrests, and that at least one of the players involved in planning and executing the raids leading to those arrests just happens to be close to Representative Baca.
