Was the problem a small handful of people calling repeatedly to tie up the lines, or was the problem from a continuous stream of different individuals calling only once?
It was, according to one guy I've talked to, the former. BTW, it usually is. I've had the misfortune of working at a company that annoyed a local shock jock who, in addition to having an audience of potty-mouths, was dyslexic--he gave out my phone number instead of the guy he was PO'd at.
