After being inundated with calls from L.A. listeners, Asa Hutchinson has agreed to go on the show. He's on right now, so be there or be square. Will try to type the good stuff while I listen.
"Border Czar Asa Hutchinson said yesterday that in the event of a war with Iraq, federal officials should focus "on the mission of making America's borders safer," while trying to form an agency that could effectively "guard against terrorists, illegal immigrants, and drug and alien smugglers."

OK, then he should be judged by his performance.
He presided over the explosion in illegal immigration.
Maybe he doesn't know as much as you think.
I have no idea how many illegals crossed during his time but he made the point that his budget was far too small to do the job.
Wait a minute. I thought he said it would be easy to do. Humungous budgets are not "easy."
No wonder teenage crime is at an all-time high.
If you deliberately fill the DHS' voice mail with obscenity-filled rants, yeah, you should save 'em for Boxer and Feinstein. They're the ones who deserve them.
I don't think that is true. If you started deporting people in Southern California, it would deter more from trying to cross the border. If you didn't grant 10% of Mexico American Citizenship and reward them for illegal behavior, perhaps they might stop coming.
>>>I say that because the immigration problem has gotten so uncontrollable that if both bodies of gubmint agreed 100% tomorrow morning to throw the entire national might in securing our Southern Border with Mexico it would take at least several years to begin seeing the results throughout America.
It's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments faultIt's not Bush's fault, it's not the federal governments fault
Rah, rah, go team!
Gee, what happened?
You're the one who seeks to excuse two critical members of the federal government--Senators Boxer and Feinstein--from any and all responsibility for this mess. One might be forgiven for thinking you had some sort of crush on them.
You know your statements in #182 are intended to mislead. You know that is not what I said.
Stating a fact that your heores(John and Ken) refuse or feign defeat to get Feinstein or Boxer on their show to explain their positions is not ignorance.

Blame Boxer! Blame California!
Get a new line.Address the real issue.Try.Do you think anybody here supports DiFI and boxer?Address the issue.Try.
Naturally.
Can't you get any new talking points? These are getting boring. Boxer/Feinstein, Boxer/Feinstein, Boxer/Feinstein, Boxer/Feinstein, Boxer/Feinstein, blah, blah, Boxer/Feinstein, blah, blah, blah...

Not only arrest and deport illegals but arrest, fine and imprison the people that hire them and there would be a mass exodis of illegals.
Start deporting just in California?
The problem is so huge, I seriously don't think our gubmint has the ability to turn it around. How do you deport 10 to 12 million people?
I'm sure that some of the 'rants' are not obscenity filled. Some of us feel the exorbitant taxes we pay gives us a 'right' to complain to our government. The DHS is directly responsible for stopping the roundups in San Diego, so the DHS will get my complaints directly.
He drank the KoolAid
From the post that prompted my initial response.
The opposite of "difficult" is "easy."
Anyone who claims that "it would not be difficult" to stop illegal immigration, but then says it would require far more money than is presently being spent on doing so, is lying through his teeth. When you start demanding far more money than the American people are at present willing to spend on this, the effort is difficult by definition.
Uh-huh.
