That was always a gratifying thing. Seeing those morons that others put on pedestals get knocked down a notch. especially, if you were a "target" of theirs. I had that problem all through my public school career.

I wasn't a target. I was considered unworthy & was
therefore ignored. EXCEPT for one guy who always
had something mean-spirited to say. He was the first
to compliment me at the last prom though.
