The development of Solar System architectures for the weather control on Earth and Mars, (My responsibility in the RKBA), are progressing well through the planning stages.
It appears that Australia could be a valuable ally in our plans. I am considering offering them substantial discounts on weather control and climate change programs in exchange for their political assistance in furthering our Antarctic colonization and industrialization plans.
Im envisioning teams of Aussie roughnecks helping us to build the first electric catapults, or ice cannons, along a mountain chain in Wilkes Land, Antarctica. I also favor using the relatively nearby American Highland.
When it is partially built, we can begin lobbing chunks of ice over to the outback, in order to make that more productive agriculturally. Hopefully, it will also spur a population boom of immigrants and large families, taking advantage of the relative emptiness of Australia.
Then, when we get things ramped up including the planned large mirror over Antarctica, well start making that formerly forbidding locale a tempting area for new immigrants, as well.
Obviously, all this is going to take time. Fortunately, we have an endless supply of that stretching out ahead of us.
Sounds like a plan!
