You're one of those people with no need for sleep, obviously. :-) I, on the other hand, am a total whackjob without it. (Not that I'll turn into a female Howard Dean or anything like that... but well, you know, I like my seven or eight hours a night when I can get it.)

Besides, Chris sometimes comes back to me in my dreams. Maybe he'll tell me what to post on FR tomorrow...

(Oh boy, that sounded weird. Time to log off before total nutjobbiness ensues!)

Jim, I assure it wasn't me who posted this article! Kinda wish I did, but I didn't! :-)

I love the phoenix, as it's the symbol of my home town, Atlanta, symbolizing it's "rising out of the ashes" after her destruction during the war between the states.

I never knew that. Chris's first fiance, who's an FR lurker, lives in Atlanta, and my folks have been there a number of times, but I never got that far south, myself.

Chris's mom (sadly, I never met her as she'd been dead some ten years when he and I met) wrote some novels that were set in New York and Connecticut during the Civil War period and beyond. They're out of print now, but I've read them, and if you like that sort of stuff, they're good (well-researched).

Anyways its late, I ramble... goodnight!

I've had to deny complicity in certain threads myself.
As well as denying any involvment with certain thread subjects dealing with fire, flood, famine, possessed appliances run amok, and astronomical phenomena.

But this thread has FR Classic written all over it.

You're right about that! I've been to the website (which I'd never heard of before) and it's awful! Seems to be h*ndu-b*ddhist in orientation since it advocates absolute religious freedom (ie, religious subjectivism) and condemns chr*stianity and the Bible (!!!) as "Communist" and "Nazi" exactly as it does the moslems!

I don't agree totally with the Jewish Task Force (I object in particular to their racial obsession) but I hope they at least are not implicated in this other site in any way.

It is pretty funny in a way.
BUT, you gotta wonder about those who take it seriously.
*shudder*

If they are implicated in that site, that may mean trouble for them.
(I know, hedging on the 'may' part..)

I deny complicity in whatever disaster happened and am hiding any evidence thereof.

Hey, good morning, everyone! There I went, thinking this whole thing was just another Sterno nightmare, but it looks as if this little thread is as real as those mysterious thingies you find floating in the cuspidor in the morning. Whaddyaknow?

Me, I had a great evening - thanks for asking - and I know this because of the trail of beer bottles I had to wade through on the way to the outhouse. Swear they weren't there yesterday, well, most of 'em, anyhows. So I'm sitting there thinking that it's a pity that Sears Roebuck isn't in the mail-order catalog business anymore, because the pages from My Life are tough to tear off and aren't very absorptive and you end up having to wash cheap ink off your butt. Anyone else have this problem?

A future you is currently in use of it.
He said something about a date with the missus that went 'somewhat' sour due to forgetting 'something err.. important' and 'matches for the candles'.
I think your future self had only 5 minutes in which to get the urgent mission done, he said something about having had ot run into the broom closet to use the device, and the likely embarrassment of having to wander back out of said storage area with the items searched for but time was of the essence and improvisation was needed.

So, don't forget the matches and the something important.
(And thus the trip by your future self will be 'undone' and uneeded.)
*phew*
So whatever it was that happens, don't forget the items.
They're important.
Dunno what 'they' are or how far into the future it is, but I did hear the need for matches.

That was next week but I handled it two weeks ago. Check the hall closet. The device awaits your mission. You must not fail. You can not fail.

"'Shhhh! That is not supposed to be told to the general public."
"Dear General Public,"
"Fedora was only kidding."

I was kidding in that post, but at the same time, somewhere on FR, someone was being series. . .

And on another thread there was something hugh, and another thread was winding down.
And there was something stuning about it all.
