We can see the evil results of criminalizing vice all around us in the 'war on drugs', for one example.

How was this evil unleashed? It wasn't the government who got people to start using drugs. To reduce this issue to a matter of not allowing the "market" to take its normal course is way too simplistic. People's addictions have caused all the crime, not the government.
The legal porn industry is notorious for using underage, abused children.
These young girls are mostly runaways who were abused as children, get dragged into this, looking for love, or someone to care for them.
You should actually research this, rather than simply accept this "consensual" human 'vice'" crap.
This industry is full of violence, disease, rape , and yes...even murder.
Not to mention the helpless little babies that are born into this nightmare.
