(I wonder if South Africa didn't say SOUTH if some would be able to locate it)

My wife is from SA, and calls her sister, who lives in Rivonia, almost every weekend.

Twice recently, she has had problems with the call and the operator came on.
After telling the operator where she was dialing, the reply was:

"..But what COUNTRY in South Africa?"
