Some hold that political parties are why we are so far off our Constitutional course. Not sure I subscribe to that view, but there is at least some correlation if not causation. There is a malaise in our governing system. It infects both of the Big Two parties. Bush is a band-aid on a severed femoral artery. But better than no band-aid at all.
