Apologetics will get you no where. No matter how faulty the case was, the Judges interpretation of DC's legal status and its relation to the basic Constitutional protections of our Rights as US citizens was abhorent. His opinion could have been crafted by SArah Brady herself.
Even the NRA backed this case when they would barely lift a finger on the Silveria case that ACTUALLY dealt with the 2A issue. That you would attack the case rather than Bush's liberal appointee speaks volumes about your ideology. It sure as hell isn't "conservative" or even moderate.
