Sure, the tenth amendment prohibits the government from unreasonable searches through your personal papers, home safes, bank accounts, buying habits, loans, what books you check out, etc. without showing probable cause before a judge that you are doing something illegal. A judge may issue or refuse to issue a warrant allowing the law to invade your privacy based on the evidence presented against you.
Do Americans still have this protection afforded to them as free and sovereign individuals?
