What is between Bush and Fox that Fox has so much control?I'd say the nationalized oil industry of Mexico gives Fox a strong bargaining position. Our tax dollars can be the bribe for "privitization".

I don't think we've ever before in our history seen a foreign leader given so much power where he can actually tell us to rewrite our laws and we do it.
All this amnesty and guest worker talk isn't about bringing in a variety of immigrants from different parts of the world, it's all about catering to Fox's demands.

I'd say the nationalized oil industry of Mexico gives Fox a strong bargaining positionDrilling in ANWR would work as well with Mexico as it would w/ the Middle Eastern oil suppliers as far as holding prices down.
We haven't heard a word about that.
Bush could have used 9-11 to push it through, but he seems more concerned with the lettuce market.

Remember "Manifest Destiny?" I think it may be getting ready to happen.
