Ex , I recently went over the solas of the reformation with an Arminian.

He was sure that we had irreconcilable differences..what we found was near perfect agreement on them.

To us (Calvinists) this is not a small matter. It is about being God honoring and giving Him all the glory to which He is entitled .It is not about the last word it is about the purity of the gospel . God is God and Man is man. He owes us nothing, if one says that God had no choice in the matter..man had to or has to choose Him..it is no longer grace or mercy ..

Nothing is irreconcilable to a Calvinist as long as they can burn someone at the stake or create confusion...You are doing a fair job to those who do not understand your methods.

If you call what you are doing "bringing glory to God," I am absolute shocked. God must weep.
