Guys, chill out for a bit and think ... this is a bad idea, a *proposal* ... what we need to do is head it off by making more noise on the immigration issue. Where to stop it? In Congress.

Where to stop it? In Congress. I'm with you on this, the proposal is a long way from becoming reality. In fact I bet it won't even see the light of day.
But if Congress does pass this ridiculous scheme and loses the House because of it, they'll have no one but themselves to blame.
