The
Constitution Party is the closest thing for me, with their affiliation with the
Independent American Party.
Both are very strong on proper immigration policy and about every other issues you can name from my perspective.
Here's the American Independent Party mission:
To promote respect for life, liberty and property; strong traditional families; patriotism; and individual, state and national sovereignty -- with a strong reliance on the Declaration of Independence and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America -- by petition to God and by political and educational means.
The last election the Independent American Party supported the Constitution Party candidate for President. It's going to take that type of coming together of such constitutinally based parties...and a huge growth of them...to effect the needed change.

Ideologically, the Constitution Party IS the conservative party, at least as I define conservatism. Perhaps once we manage to completely stomp the democRAT party into the ground and the Republican party moves in to become the "new democrat party," then the CP can take root. Everything seeks to attain balance. The extremism of the left has forced the Republican party to swing left of center. It will take a true conservative movement to restore balance.
