Lots of good stuff here.
Our democracy is already "dead" in many regards.
I do not know about the rest of you but I write and call my reps regularly on a wide range of issues from the borders, whats left of the constitution, our federal giveaways to foreign intrests and corporations and others. I have yet to see ANY action on any of these issues from my reps. In fact the democrats send me back condescending letters explaining why they are correct in what they are doing, and essentially saying "piss off, citizen".
IMHO this will not change until people take it seriously. I'm afraid that won't happen until we are literally run from our homes by our compassionate leaders.

Our President has done a transformation that few expected, fake right and run left. He is pushing the Dem's so hard they have swung around the goal posts and appear to be running to the right center, of course we know that when the blockers (voters) are worn down they will continue to run left taking America into a dictatorship.

Our democracy is already "dead" in many regards.

By 2008 we must be ready to stand in line as told or you will be incarcerated for the slightest disobeyance of "law".

Be on the lookout for what Congress does in the next couple of years regarding international treaties with the United Nations. Congress authorizes these international treaties which give federal jurisdiction to the federal government. The desired effect is to expand the scope of federal authority over State Constitutions. These international treaties give federal agencies the lawful right to exercise them with federal police powers and the right to enforce federal criminal laws nationwide.

The Dem's have been the major promoters of these treaties, however remember President Nixon was the one who started us out with the EPA, so the Rep's don't have any difficulty either in crunching your State Constitutions to ineffective pieces of historic paper.

Even though most politicians are lawyers, they do not fully understand what is going on. The party leaders do along with the attorney general and of course federal judges. Anyone sticking their nose into this stuff without invitation is threatened with no Party assistance at the next election. This keeps everyone in control.

When Agenda 21 is firmly in place it will be authorized by Congress under the UN direction. This will be the complete end of our nation as a Republic. It won't matter what Party is in office, they will have to follow the Agenda 21 rulings.

So unless you are prepared to live under a dictatorship get off your butts and educate your local politicans about what is happening.

There isn't anything here I disagree with. Excellent piece of work.

Any suggestions on the education of our local officials.
Letters and phone calls don't seem to be getting through. If I thought they would see me, I'd show up at their offices.

"Be on the lookout for what Congress does in the next couple of years regarding international treaties with the United Nations."

Exactly. And the heart of the problem is probably the worst mistake the Founders ever made, that is, Clause 2 of Article Six of the Constitution.

"Clause 2: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. "

When our country will have lost its precious sovereignty, along with the Bill of Rights, every officer of the military, Homeland Security, the FBI, ATF, and every other part of the police-state apparatus, will be bound by those treaties. They will be "Constitutionally-sworn" to obey the "supreme law of the Land". Whoever the President is, he (or she) will not have betrayed their country by signing the bill. They will have acted as our representative and enacted our "will".

I've fought years to get people to recognize that the Constitution needs to be amended to strike Clause 2 and replace it with a clause that establishes the charge of treason for any official of the government who seeks to lessen US national sovereignty through treaty with any foreign power or entity. It is the only way to make sure that Agenda 21, and the chilling UN Millennium Treaty does not become the supreme law of America.

As for me, no matter how old I am, I will fight such a development. If a US administration sells out our country, I will take up arms in its defense, just as I have in the past. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen.

I made my first ever political donation a couple of months ago, $25.00 to Tancredo. Felt good.

Invite the person to go to lunch with you and ask that they bring another person or a dozen, whatever you can get.

You might print out #83 and #88 to use as guidelines. When you are discussing this subject, remember to mention Mom, Dad, grandkids, your kids.

MAKE IT VERY VERY PERSONAL AND KEEP SMILING DURING THE TALK. BE FRIENDLY WITH EVERYONE. ALSO, STRESS THE LOSS OF AUTHORITY TO LOCAL OFFICIALS.

"You were raised in this town, is this what you want to see happen to the authority of our elected officials? No, of course not. So, ladies and gentlemen, I am asking what do we do to stop Agenda 21 here in our town. I voted for you because I trust your decision making capabilities when it comes to my family's protection, etc. Well, now I'm scared because I don't think you're aware what is over the horizen. What needs to be done to retract any and all inplace Agenda 21 programs."

Do not discuss anywhere except your town. Your mayor isn't concerned what the voters 30 miles away think of him/her.

Whenever you visit your Reps office, always have your check book in your shirt pocket where they can see it. Answers will flow forth when they see the check book.

We'll get no help from an increasingly detached Supreme Court either. I can't believe some of the decisions they have made in recent months that were obviously unconstitutional. And that's considered a conservative Court.

Living in San Jose, every May 5th, you would see all sorts of cars driving slowly in San Jose, displaying Mexican flags. There is something wrong about that.

That would be enough for me to do some serious job searching out of state! I have no plans on learning to speak Spanish or any other language for that matter.
