Do we really care who pulled the triger?
I think we are more concerned about the why, and who put the trigerman up to it.
IMHO - and it's just an opinion - it was Castro.
Kennedy tried to have Castro asassinated, and he merely returned the favor.
This would explain why whe don't have diplomatic relations with a country that is geographically our 4th closest neighbor.
We'll talk to Lybia, Iran, and Myamar but not 'Cuber', odd isn't it?...
