I am not a lawyer, and I don't play one on television, but I believe that the amount of times Internet message board posters have been sued under Florida law by individuals for libel is quite minute, shall we say?

So what was the point of putting this up? Chancy was just trying to give his opponent a heads up because he was so concerned about their welfare? Perhaps. Perhaps not.

I find it hilarious that a lawyer would post anything in an attempt to admonish others to be careful as regards to "the law". Lawyers seem to be very adept at subverting, twisting and bending "the law" to suit their own purposes.

What I wonder is, what's the real reason for posting the code?
