An individual who says "X is a murderer" would have to prove that X was in fact a murderer if sued, regardless of how reasonable the conclusion had appeared to the speaker. Bullskite. The plaintiff has the burden of proof, not the defendant. Please don't tell me you're actually a lawyer....
