There's no such thing in America as a thought police.After grinding through months, if not years of litigation, it'd be up to the courts to rule. It's not a pleasant prospect.

Not to be picky, but the disclaimer you post does say that
opinions posted here are the opinion of the poster and not FR. It does NOT say [clearly or otherwise] that every post is an
opinion. Nor is this consistent with the law.
For example, a person can be liable for defamation if he/she republishes a defamatory statement. For example, if a magazine publishes a defamatory article, and you post it here, you can be just as liable as the magazine. It doesn't really matter how you want to construe the language on the home page.
