The Constitution is, and the Constitution secures the rights laid out in the Declaration of Independence ("in order to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men"). The Declaration mentions God 4 times, and the Constitution uses the phrase "year of our Lord" (who is that? - Krishna?). John Adams said that our Constitution was written "for a moral and religious people and is inadequate for the government of any other." What did he mean? Then there's the Northwest Ordnance (1789) - have you read that? It's a Christian document dealing the regulation of the (then) northwest territories. Have you read it? Have you read any of the State Constitutions from the original 13 states - all have God in them - all. In fact, Judge Roy Moore cited Alabama's Constitution in his refusal to remove the 10 commandment display. You can deny history, but once the facts are brought to light, it becomes very very difficult, doesn't it?

I can just keep stating facts, and you can just keep denying them. However, I see no quotes from you or any evidence for your claims.

That's nice. What's your point? All of your statements may be true, but what do you want to do with those statements? This country is still predominantly Christian, but that doesn't mean the rights of non-Christians aren't protected on an equal footing. Many of our laws are based on Judeo-Christian morality (though that morality is mostly universal), but many are not. Religion is your right in the privare sphere, but we've decided to keep religion out of government and vice versa. Not sure where you're going with your argument.
