I suspect that it is - and if the owner of my screen name objected to its use on FreeRepublic, I would be the first to agree that its use here should be discontinued.
(I doubt that anyone would suggest that I am using the phrase in a 'money making' capacity, however, and that seems to be the main sticking point for many people... ;>)
