FDR was about the closest President, but you are right, the voters kept electing him. One of the times you talk about, when the voters are not always right.

The Democrats simple goal of power, is to take from the one's who produce, and give to the one's that do not. In doing so they create a perpetual voting bloc.! FDR was the progenitor.!!
