What is your take on Pres. Bush doing recess appointments and why hasn't he done so?
Well, I didn't like it when anyone else did it, so I won't knock him for not doing it. Recess appointments are not permanent anyway, and what high-caliber, quality nominee is going to leave their current job, and move into an unknown situation?
