No, manufacturing of scandal is not the only difference. With Daschle in charge, we would have never gotten tax cuts. With Daschle in charge, we would have never gotten a vote on Iraq. There are lots of reasons to hold the majority, and stopping frivolous investigations is only one reason.

I know all that. However, the judicial system is out of control, and needs fixing. AS long as the rats can block appointments at will, anything else we do will be useless... and the RINOs make that possible...
I hope we can all deal with them, and soon... :0)
