You're kidding! You were Hugh Akston, Constitutional Gilligan? Be careful. There were two with almost identical screenames. It got me once. :^)

A few points - I'm back, first of all, so watch out :)
I have always been H.Akston. Never Dales.
tpaine is fully reconstructed, and just as proud of it as he can be. However, I LIKE the 10th Amendment. It was ratified constitutionally. It is pro-State-independence. The 14th Amendment was not ratified constitutionally. It is anti-State-independence. Always follow the truth, no matter how undogmatic and unconventional it seems. Dare to not goosestep. Don't be the one who's really "lost".
But I (H.Akston, that's H Period Akston) did get Luis good, on the Moussaoui issue. He believes that foreigners are "equally protected" (there's that p.o.s. 14th Amendment verbiage again) by the Bill of Rights as much as people who are "of the United States". Watch when they whisk him down to Cuba out of Brinkmama's jurisdiction (not Luis, but Moussaoui), as they are reserving the power to do as a fallback, and tell my how much the Bill of Rights protects him then. The only reason he's getting a US court trial is because the DoJ wants him to, not because the DoJ has to per the Constitution. He is an enemy of the United States, and not one of We, The People, who merit the blessings that the Founders' posterity merit.
