I mean this in the most respectful way, and I hope it is taken constructively...

It is so amazing to me how you, strela, can complain about posters hijacking your threads, calling you names, and initiating group attacks against you, when YOU are among the most guilty of doing these very same things to others.

You and I have never had a run-in here on FR. But ever since I started posting here, you were the first person I immediately noticed to be one who constantly brings the level of discussion down to the gutter. I saw very quickly that when you and your tag-team of friends start showing up on a thread, it is time to go: Any fruitful discussion or exchange of ideas that might have been taking place quickly deteriorates and comes to an end.

This post might be perceived as mean, but I wouldn't call your sarcastic one-liners (which pretty much describes most of your posts) to be PROLIFIC posting. Sarcasm has it's place in debates when used infrequently and appropriately, but should not be mistaken for a well thought-out, reasoned argument based on principles. Your use of sarcasm is almost always to merely scoff or mock.

You have a pretty thin skin for name calling, so don't dish it out if you can't take it yourself. It seems that every chance you get, you insult the religious people here on FR and lump them together into some sort of a nut-case group simply because you disagree with them. And then when you get a dose of your own medicine (because someone had the nerve to fight you back on your level) you complain about it loudly and accuse them of not playing fair -- and accuse Jim Robinson of letting them get away with it without punishment.

Forgive me for the harsh words I've said here, but they need to be said in defense of so many people that you have mischaracterized in your opus.

I think it's so funny how these folks are saying "You know I WANTED to support Terri and the thread, but these people were just so AWFUL..."
Come on. Like any kind of name calling would stop me from fighting this insane fight anyway. God, how fake. "I really WANTED to stop the starvation of this woman, but someone said I was a JERK, so I just had to give up..."
