Telling Jim that you think something is wrong is perfectly fine. Telling Jim the same thing over, and over, and over, again, is nagging. There is a sea of difference between telling Jim that you think something is wrong, and telling him how to run this site, which is what BADJOE has been doing, then beyond tgat, seeing how his suggestions were not followed, BJ threatened to "expose" the site.

That's blackmail pure and simple.
