Got news for you all. I am perfectly happy with our moderator program exactly like it is. In fact, I am ecstatic! I love it! I love our moderators--all of them. There is not one single change that I'm going to make.

OWK, tpaine and others who think they have a better way of running a forum are certainly free to go ahead and do it. If you've got a better program, better policies, better ideas, etc, why hold back? Open your website and go for it. It's a free country, a free market and no one is holding you back!!
