It isn't a secret anymore, why isn't something being done about it. If they've violated election laws that's a clear cut case.

Is there evidence of their (Soros & hildabeast) being in cahoots together or is it a gentleman's agreement with no paper trail?

The Dems will never be penalized for violating election laws. I don't know why, maybe because the rest of us are just too nice. In the last election the Dem leader said on TV that he wasn't doing any campaigning in Calif. because the other groups had agreed to be there. He clearly implied collusion between the party and the groups. But no charges were ever filed. They will continue to get away with this.
