There is an Aspen Institute near DC in Maryland somewhere for the DUmmies there.
There is another outside Berlin, Germany ...I think.
The first one is ...full of DUmmies from money, fame, and Hollywood. Bubba and Hillary go there to raise money ( at different times ).
They do seminars and lecture each other then go out for with fine dining.
Sounds like the UN...including the ill intent :)
