I read this document and it appears to be from an intelligence officer wehre he state that Abu Zubaida in his prison talked to interrogator about Al Qaeda attempt to deliver nuclear weapon and deliver it to the US. The Iraqi reporting is reproting this from a report by CBS network according to the document.

If you have ever seen CNN International you would know why Saddam wanted to make sure CNN International did the coverage. They are totally anti-Amerian and their news is nothing but propaganda against the United States. So of the most left-wing anti-American reporters are on CNN International that it is more like the USSR or Nazi propaganda machine. We should all write Time Warner and protest, I have but did not good but I did manage to have CNN taken off the air in one hotel I stayed at and FOX News replaced it. One small victory.
