Got conned into helping out with a baby shower.

YIKES!! I feel for ya!!!!! The only antidote I know is to feign some "mysterious" illness, something supposedly highly contagious. ROTFLOL!!

Love that poem!!!

Sounds like we're ALL behind. hehe! Good luck to you catching up. I may not manage completely since I have to get up bright and early (UGH!) to take one of the cats to the vet. That means early to bed tonight. POO!

I did get a drawing done!
Even scared some bridesmaids who were in a wedding next door to the babyshower.
The comments about 'some goth guy' scribbling on paper in the stairwell were hysterical.
And I wasn't even dressed goth!

Felt like I was being slaved out.
Everytime something needed to be moved, I was 'paged' with sweet tones and giggles.

I tried last night to respond to this post, ARGH, the satellite kept dropping me.

Oh no! Another "dead zone"?? At least you can get on some of the time where you are, unlike when you were here. The wireless companies need to use all that money they make to put up MORE TOWERS!!!!

I wish you could have been here, too, for the car show yesterday. A MUCH better turnout than at that cruise-in we took you to. That was a definite bust! sheesh! It was a looooong day yesterday but was still a lot of fun.

I'll be sure to give Petey your message when he comes in from the garage. I'm sure he'll say, "Tell her I said 'Thank you'", so I'll go ahead and do that now.
And his aunt told me to tell you "Hello" too the other day. She misses you.

Oh yeah, she also said she hopes you come back again, as do Petey and I. We all enjoyed having you here. :-)

Ooooooh, I misunderstood ..... I thought the baby shower was just in the planning stages. I see now you had to endure it already. Then, the only antidote I know is a couple of shots of something STIFF! LOL!

Good going spooking the bridesmaids. ROTFLOL!! That's always fun, isn't it. I've spooked a few folks from time to time and loved it. There are still a few who are uncomfortable around my hubby and me because we wanted to get married on Halloween, just before midnight, in a cemetery behind our farm. LOL! We couldn't pull it off....couldn't find anyone willing to perform the wedding ceremony. Party poopers!

Hi feather! Glad you like the dragonfly. It's fun looking for new ones to post. Lots of dragonflies buzzin' ya where you are? hehe!

I've been trying desperately to catch up tonight and may not make it. pant....pant....pant LOL! I need to head to bed soon myself. Taking Tinuviel in to the vet first thing in the morning to have a cluster of small lumps checked out. Dang! I hate it when something like this comes up with my "kids".

Hope your cold's letting up at last. Good luck tomorrow. :-)

Good night, feather. Sleep well.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the lumps aren't too serious. She already had one lump removed from the same area. I won't sleep well tonight, that's for sure.

The Vehicle of the Eventide...

Ooooooo, I like this. I need to design some sort of sign to put on the car for shows that has this on it. Hmmmm, thinking...thinking....

I did have a plate made for the front of the car (TN. only requires one license plate) that has "Addams" written on it, with bats and headstones in the background. hehe!

Best part was that I was dressed rather conservatively and they still freaked.
