Most of them come from various qwest.net DNS's .What little info I get is from my firewall...

Anyway you can disconnect for a bit and then reconnect?

I think it is more than a single hacker per se.. Think there are some infected puters scattered across the country pinging around looking for unprotected puters....But what do I know...lol

It's possible.
Run through a set of ISP numbers a certain amount of times, head to next number, ping cycle, head to next, ping cycle.. infect computer, head to next..
It's possible.

I just log on through a different ISP...Seems to have slowed the pings down, at least for the moment....

I have the McAfee visual trace. If you Freepmail me the adresses, or better, the four number addresses (000.000.000.000), I will get the info that's available on them.

75° here.....sunny....warm water....nice wind.

It's humid as all get out here again. This afternoon it down poured and the wind was blowing like crazy .. that lasted for about 15 minutes.

It's so cloudy that you can't see anything in the sky .. so I guess seeing Mars is out of the pictures

Another site sending an echo request to my computer...Trying to see if there is a puter connected at that address...My firewall blocks the request but every few seconds there is another one from a different site...

Oh ok .. I haven't noticed that problem here .. but then I have my firewall set to block almost everything.
