OK! - Cool! - I may do that after the traveling and other known expenses are done... Thats pretty affordable for an instant fence!
I have the tools, and would tamp the posts in and skip the concrete.

where is everyone today? Daughter is leaving for college tomorrow, so I want to spend a little time with her today. I'm already sad.
She's excited, though, to be heading back, so it's nice to see that.
Do you have any idea how I get rid of this "Search the Web" program that's trying to take over my computer? I can't figure out where it is, or even whose it is, to uninstall the thing.

I just wrote the chaplain and mrs. chaplain. Wondering if he's home yet! I haven't heard a word, but then again, I don't expect to be the FIRST person they contact when he comes home!!
I spoke at length to my friend from my church...he just got home a couple of weeks ago from Iraq and I had been sending him packages as well (on my own...not related to the HH project). Anyway, he just talked and talked to me! I thanked him for his service. He says they're thinking about sending him to Afghanistan, now...

Well good luck to your friend from church!
I hope after some rest and relaxation he can bear the desert again.

"I just wrote the chaplain and mrs. chaplain"That's funny, he looks far too young to be married. OTOH, so does my daughter, but she's only 2 years younger than my wife was when I married her at 22.

Yep, he's married, has a four year old son and a 2 year old daughter. He's a graduate from seminary and was a youth minister at my best friend's church for a while...until he joined the army.
That's how I got to know him...my best friend and his wife still were in communication, despite the fact that they don't live in this town anymore. When he got shipped to Afghanistan, she found out and, knowing how I like to send out packages, let me know.
He'd only been there about 3 months when we started sending to him!

Last night my best friend and her husband came over with their kids and ate supper. I showed them my flag from the chaplain...I never got it re-folded. Well, Andrew...my friend's husband, helped me fold the flag back up properly. The living room went absolutely quiet as I held one end while he folded the other.
I found it a very emotional experience and couldn't swallow.

Yeah, it's emotional. I'm very proud and pleased to own one, though I wonder that I might deserve such a thing.
I learned how to fold them in Boy Scouts, long time ago. Still remember how though.
I've shown it to lots of people, everyone's pretty impressed and surprised. They are decent quality flags, too, nylon stripes sewed together and embroidered stars.
It's pretty nice that you found a way for us to show a little appreciation and affection.

Golly, where is everyone today? I've been dealing with this:
Okay, so this isn't our pool and it didn't get quite that bad, but we've had a major algae problem this week. Apparently all the rain, etc. But I suspect it is also the lifeguards not being patient enough to run the backwash procedure.
I've been down at the pool since about 1:30. We "shocked" it with a HUGH amount of dry chlorine and we're running the backwash filter procedure a couple more times. It looks better already, but I'm not sure that will solve all our problems.

Want me to mail ya some snails? We put in about 70 lbs. of dry chlorine and are backwashing the filters throughout the evening. I'm not sure the snails would be too happy.
They'd be nice and clean tho...

Hmmm.... Hokay....
Do it your way then! :~D

Hey you all...hope you are all having a good Sunday.
Question....Terry and I have been trying to work with this site some this afternoon. We are not real savvy in all ways "Freeper", and need some help. I know this may sound stupid and it prob is , but been trying to develop the art of posting pictures on our profile page, as well as posting pictures within the threads. Have the pictures scanned and saved in a jpg format, but they are not making the transfer over on to the site. Do we need to go buy a HTML book or are we making this too complicated?
Want to get all this established before we get Flat Frodo. Help!!!!
