We liked SpyKids. I can't remember if I've seen (or liked) SpyKids2. But the first one is a lot of fun.

Well, you are going to be missed a lot, then , 2J.
But at least we still get to be friends with you on FR :-)
It's very good, though, that Steve is getting that masters degree, all the work'll be worthwhile in the end, I'm sure.
Jeanne stopped nursing when the kids were born, but always kept her license current, in case of need. But if she had to go back now, even with a valid license, after 25 years away from it, I'm sure it would be very difficult for ahwile. But it's great to be a mom who stays with the kids, as she did, and the homeschooling is a way of life with your family.

Got a dusting at the homestead on Friday... snowed all day, didn't stick...
corin, got our tree up, and a simple garland with lights around the front door... bush league, I know, but we ain't got no neighbors tuh embarass...
we saw a place on friday nite that yuh'd appreciate... about a guhjillion blue lights... no Burl Ives snowman tho...
mmmmm... mrsnad didn't get all the soap outta muh thermos a'fore she filled it... as if coffee weren't a good enuff laxative already...
To: g'nad; osagebowman
I'm getting a little crazy hearing about your deer, I haven't really had time to go on a hunting trip in 2 years. I'm glad you are getting them, though.
My nephew killed a doe on Saturday, in the snow. I think he must have shot it through the heart, it fell about 2 steps away from where it was hit, and never got up.
I'd still like to get one with the atlatl. Osagebowman's atlatl is here at the moment, I'm gonna copy the thing to make Christmas presents for the kids. Did you know that his ancestors and mine lived in the same small town 350 years ago? They undoubtedly knew each other.

osage mentioned that... that's pretty kewl...
I'd like tuh take one with an atl-atl too... but I need to get much more proficient with it...
I was out Friday in the snow, hunkered down in a brushpile overlookin' a great draw in muh NW corner... had a doe cut my scent at about 40 yards, and she and the BIG, HEAVY 8 pointer that was followin her, went racin' up and over the ridge... I led him about half a body length, cuz I want to either bust a shoulder or miss him clean... I missed... muh first miss in the last 10 years of huntin... I tracked him fer an hour and a half tuh be sure, but I missed him...
To: Corin Stormhands
mrs stormhands borrowed my coffee mug saturday dude... that is just so wrong...
oh yeah, as if'n you needed help.
like clockwork... 'less'n I'muh huntin'... then I just use muh mental discipline tuh hold it...

Do you think fubared is spelled with 2 r's or with one?No idea, really. I know fubar has only one, but since it is not a real word, I am not sure what the proper form is for the past tense.
To: g'nad
Sounds like there's lots of deer at your place...I guess you were noticing that when shopping the place.
Exciting about the heavy 8 pointer.

Probably you are right in using 2 r's.
After all, barred, as in barred from FR has 2.

I went to the kitchen to fix the boys their breakfast just now and this is what I found! Apparently the wind blew the door open on our porch and the chickens took the opportunity to look for some scratch! There is a baggie of it right there...
They found the stash! Doesn't Jar Jar look like she's the "Look-Out"? LOL
